We have an exciting opportunity for a Modern Workplace Engineer to join Norgine.
The person holding this position will report to the Senior Director of Enterprise Solutions.
The Modern Workplace Engineer is responsible for analyzing, designing, and implementing business processes to enhance operational efficiency and effectiveness through technology.
This role involves collaborating with various departments to identify requirements and areas for improvement, using existing tools and methodologies to streamline processes, and ensuring that changes align with the company's strategic goals.
This role primarily focuses on practical applications like the M365 Suite (Microsoft Teams, Power Platform, SharePoint, and CoPilot) as well as other AI-based tools to meet operational needs and improve user workflows.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE BUT ARE NOT LIMITED TO:
1. Business Process/Model Rethink: Analyze and identify opportunities to improve processes, practices, and procedures using prescribed methodologies.
2. Continuous Improvement: Review existing operations and implement innovation processes for ongoing improvements.
3. Improvement/Innovation: Identify shortcomings and use change management programs to address them with minimal disruption.
4. Business Requirements Identification: Collaborate with business functions to gather and document requirements for technical solutions, using methods like interviews and workflow analysis.
5. Analysis of 'As Is' and 'To Be': Document current and future processes, describing changes needed for migration.
6. Process Automation: Identify and implement automation use cases, develop software tools, create workflows with Power Apps, and manage Power Automate flows.
7. Technical Support: Provide advice, training, and assistance to users for complex queries and adoption of tools.
8. Technology Implementation: Support technology deployment and optimization.
9. Insights and Reporting: Generate reports on process improvements, monitor technology roadmaps, and evaluate new features.
10. Personal Capability Building: Participate in development activities, maintain industry knowledge, and pursue relevant certifications.
11. Compliance Responsibility: Ensure adherence to applicable rules, laws, and regulations.
Required skills and experience include:
* Experience with Power Platform (Power BI, Power Apps, Power Automate)
* Proficiency with M365 Suite
* Experience implementing use cases with Microsoft Copilot or OpenAI tools
* Knowledge of Microsoft 365 configuration and lifecycle management
* Hands-on experience developing solutions with Power Apps and Power Automate in a global environment
* Experience delivering business solutions
Experience required:
* Degree in Technology or related field, or equivalent
* Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Management, or Information Technology
