We’re supporting a UK-based prime contractor operating across public sector frameworks in their search for a Bid Coordinator to join their tendering team.
This is a hands-on role with full ownership of the bid lifecycle — managing EOIs, RFIs and ITTs from receipt through to submission and follow-up, acting as the key link between customers and delivery partners.
What you’ll be doing:
* Managing end-to-end bid processes and meeting strict deadlines
* Interpreting tender documentation and coordinating partner responses
* Handling clarifications and submissions via procurement portals
* Maintaining accurate CRM records and supporting reporting
* Acting as a key point of contact across phone, email, and video
What they’re looking for:
* Highly organised with exceptional attention to detail
* Confident communicator across written, phone, and video
* Able to manage multiple fast-moving tasks under pressure
* Comfortable working with structured processes and deadlines
* Experience in IT / digital services and public sector work
