We are seeking to appoint an enthusiastic lunchtime supervisor who is committed to supporting our learners and teachers. The successful candidate will be assisting with feeding at lunchtime in the canteen and supervising the playground to ensure a safe environment for all our learners. About this Role We are looking for a caring, reliable, and proactive Lunchtime Supervisor to join our friendly team at academy name. You will help create a safe, positive, and happy environment for pupils during the lunchtime break, both in the dining areas and outside in the playground. Key Responsibilities Supervising learners in the dining hall, playground, and other areas during lunchtime. Encouraging positive behaviour and ensuring learners follow the school rules. Supporting young people to play safely, resolve minor disputes, and develop social skills. Assisting younger pupils with eating and clearing away meals. Ensuring a clean, safe, and welcoming lunchtime environment. About You We are looking for someone who: Has a friendly, approachable, and patient manner. Can work well as part of a team.
