Project Manager – Energy Team (CustomerProgrammes& Delivery)

The group supports customers across the digitized grid, renewable energy, energy storage, EV charging, and smart infrastructure markets through advanced technology and close customer collaboration.

The Position

The Energy Business Unit is seeking an experienced Project Manager who combines strong customer-facingprogrammeleadership with solid internal project and delivery management skills. The role focuses on managing customercommunications,customerrelationships, customerprogrammes, workshops,samplingand pilots, while also providing structured project governance and coordination across internal teams to ensure commitments are delivered predictably.

Key Responsibilities – Customer & Market Facing

1. Act as the primary point of contact for assigned customers and strategic partners, owning engagement and communication.

2. Prepare and deliver high-quality customer-facing communications including status updates, summaries, and executive-ready materials.

3. Identify, qualify, and help shape new customer opportunities, translating customer needs into structured internalprojectorprogrammeproposals.

4. Plan, coordinate, and lead customer workshops, technical reviews, roadmap alignment sessions, and solution discovery activities.

5. Manage customer samplingprogrammes, pilots, and evaluations, ensuring clearobjectives, timelines, deliverables, and follow-up actions.

Key Responsibilities – Internal Project &ProgrammeManagement

• Provide project andprogrammemanagement structure for customer-driven initiatives, including planning, tracking, and risk management.
• Work withSales,Engineering, Marketing, Applications, and Manufacturing to define scope, responsibilities, schedules, and dependencies.
• Track milestones, deliverables, risks, and issues, escalating asappropriate toensure commitments are met.
• Support business justification, prioritization, and resourcing discussions by providing customer context, value rationale, and delivery impact.
• Manage change requests thatimpactscope, schedule, or cost, ensuring transparency and alignment across stakeholders.
• Ensure projects andprogrammesfollowappropriate internalprocesses, quality standards, and post-release review practices.

• Customers experience clear ownership, responsiveness, and professionalprogrammemanagement.
• Workshops, samples, and pilots convert into well-defined opportunities or product initiatives.
• Internal teams receive clear priorities, structured plans, and effective coordination without excessive process overhead.
• Customer-driven projects are delivered predictably, with risks managed proactively and learnings captured.

The Candidate:

The ideal candidate must be self-motivated, dynamic, meticulous, prepared to take the initiativeand alsoexhibitthe following skills:

6. Ideally have 5+ years’ experience in an Engineering Project/Program Manager role working with large multinational companies

7. Strong Knowledge of MS Office Tools

8. Confident using modern digital andAIenabledtools to improve project tracking, communication, insight generation, anddecisionmaking

9. Curious and openminded about new tools, processes, and ways of working that increase efficiency and quality of delivery

10. Ability toplan anddrive tasks to completion through close coordination with multiple groups

11. Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Additional Expectations

•Maintainaccurateprogrammeand project records in internal systems.
• Travel to customer sites asrequiredto support workshops, reviews, and relationship building.
