Joining our catering team, you’ll be responsible for serving and assisting residents with their meals, as well as providing essential catering and cleaning services. Each of our residents is unique and you’ll help deliver a person-centred catering service, ensuring residents can enjoy high-quality, nutritious meals that suit their dietary needs. Make sure you explain how you meet these requirements and demonstrate our values, in your application. With experience of food preparation, you’ll have a good understanding of kitchen hygiene. Knowledge of special dietary requirements and allergens would be an advantage, but isn’t essential. You’ll enjoy working in a team and use your strong communication and relationship building skills for interacting with our residents, showing empathy and compassion as you assist them with eating and drinking. This role does involve some weekend and bank holidays working, for which enhancements are paid.
