We have an exciting, opportunity for a Prosthetic Technician Lead to join manage existing team of Technicians. The role As Prosthetic Technician Lead, oversee the day-to-day management of the workshop to ensure safe, effective production, repair and maintenance of prostheses. Key duties: Managing the technicians, ensuring that PDRs are carried out and effective training plans developed Assisting the operational team in all areas of production control, workload planning, Work in progress (WIP) and output. Assisting with aspects of local inventory controls and processes, including purchasing, stock replenishment, audits, receipts / despatches and security in conjunction with the operation team. Overseeing ISO procedures, Quality Assurance and Health & Safety requirements in conjunction with the Operations Lead Organising workshop to achieve best level of production output. Gathering and retaining information for use in Management reports as requested. What are we looking for? As Prosthetic Technician Lead, you will have the following.
