The Recruitment Manager will be responsible for the day-to-day tasks of recruiting talent for Premier Community. This is a full-time on-site role located in Mansfield.
The Recruitment Manager will be responsible for managing recruitment processes including the below duties:
1. Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract top talent.
2. Posting job descriptions, screening resumes, conducting interviews, negotiating job offers
3. Utilize ATS and HRIS systems to streamline the hiring process and maintain candidate records.
4. Creating warm, welcoming candidate journeys from first contact to first shift.
5. Manage relationships with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and provide guidance.
6. Ensure clear communication throughout the recruitment process to enhance candidate experience.
7. Ensuring we always recruit safely, ethically, and in line with CQC standards.
Requirements
8. Experience in recruitment and talent acquisition
9. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
10. Knowledge of recruitment strategies, tools, and technologies
11. Experience managing recruitment processes and collaborating with HR teams
12. Ability to multitask, prioritize, and problem-solve in a fast-paced environment
13. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
14. Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field is preferred
15. Experience working in the healthcare industry is a plus
16. Experience working in agency recruitment is a plus
