We are a leading hair and beauty brand manufacturing company known for our innovative, high-quality products and dedication to customer satisfaction. We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced and strategic Paid Media Manager to join our dynamic Ecommerce Team!
As Paid Media Manager, you will lead our digital ad campaigns across direct to consumer websites and Amazon Vendor, growing our digital advertising channels and delivering results with a proactive, data-driven approach. Reporting to the Head of Ecommerce, and collaborating with our Ecommerce and Marketing teams, you will devise, execute, optimise and report on the paid advertising strategy across multiple brands.
We’re looking for extensive digital advertising experience with expertise in Google Ads, Meta Ads and Amazon Ads. Our ideal candidate will be proficient in data analysis and budget management while possessing the soft skills to work effectively both independently and in a team.
Strategic Planning: Developing and executing digital advertising strategies and campaigns which align with our trading calendar and business objectives at the same time as driving engagement, conversions and growth.
Analyse campaign performance to identify areas for improvements and optimisations. Utilise bid strategies and targeting strategies for optimal performance.
Build and maintain strong working relationships with our brand and marketing teams to liaise with on content briefs and requirements, ensuring our required content is delivered in a timely manner.
Reporting and analysis: Reporting on performance metrics, delivering recommendations and actionable insights. Strong analytical skillset to make data driven decisions.
Minimum 3 years of experience as Paid Media Manager or similar/equivalent role.
Experience with Youtube advertising.
Proven track record of managing budgets and devising strategy across paid media channels.
Proficiency in MS Excel essential.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Agile team player with a proactive approach, capable of effective time management.
Passion for hair and beauty and knowledge of the industry.
Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business or related field preferred but not essential.
