A well established organisation based in Brighton seeking a Finance Assistant on an hourly temp basis.
Job Description
As a Finance Assistant you will be responsible for:
* Accurate and timely processing of supplier bills.
* Support with preparing payment runs, and issuing remittances where required.
* Processing and issuing sales invoices over the busier periods.
* Resolve supplier, client and company queries.
* Support in processing staff expenses and bank card transactions.
* Sending client statements and supporting in credit chasing where required.
* Reconcile supplier bills and client invoices
* Provide adhoc support and assistance to the Finance team as and when required.
The Successful Applicant
To be successful for the role you will need to have:
* Experience within accounts payable/receivable
* Good excel
* Excellent attention to detail
* Good knowledge of accountancy systems

* £12-£14 per hour depending on experience
