We are a well-established plumbing and heating company experiencing steady growth. We are seeking a professional and organised Office Administrator to join our team and support the smooth running of daily operations.
Key Responsibilities:
* Answering customer enquiries via phone and email in a professional manner
* Scheduling and booking jobs for engineers
* Ordering and managing materials from suppliers
* General office administration tasks
* Supporting the team with any additional duties as required
* (Desirable) Assisting with company social media accounts
Candidate Requirements:
* Strong organisational skills with excellent attention to detail
* Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
* Confident handling customer queries and problem-solving
* Competent IT skills (experience with scheduling/CRM systems an advantage)
* Ability to work independently and as part of a small team
* Previous administrative experience preferred
