Job Description
My client is an events and exhibition specialist that works with clients across the UK and Europe.
Responsibilities
In this key position, you will report into the client services team and become the go‑to person for all administrative support connected to the full event life cycle.
* Using the Cvent IT system to create the event online for bookings, ensuring all details are correct and within brand guidelines.
* Create approval paperwork for all venues.
* Amend paperwork with any changes and ensure the team is updated on the system.
* Liaise with delegates attending to help with accommodation or travel queries.
* Build event surveys used for improvements.
To be considered, you must be office based so the team can tap in to you. You must have IT skills relevant to database/booking systems – Cvent would be perfect. Strong customer service and administration skills are essential.
There will be the opportunity to attend events, so some flexibility is required.
