Role
We are seeking to appoint a Lunchtime Supervisor to work under the direction of the Office Manager/Senior Supervisory Assistant. The role involves supervising, guiding and assisting children during the midday break, ensuring their safety, general welfare and appropriate behaviour.
Responsibilities
* Supervise and guide children during lunchtime.
* Ensure safety and welfare of pupils.
* Manage challenging behaviour in line with the school behaviour policy.
* Motivate pupils and contribute positively to their education.

* Interest in young people and ability to engage and motivate children.
* Ability to manage challenging behaviour in line with the school behaviour policy.
* Commitment to the ethos of the school.

Hours & Salary
Hours: 7.08 hours per week.
Grade: Band B Point 2-4 (£24,796 - £25,185) subject to pro rata (£4,142.50- £4,207.50).
