The Role The firm is looking for an experienced and driven Commercial Associate (2 years’ PQE) to play a key role in delivering high-quality, client-focused legal services. This is an outstanding opportunity to work on matters with real-world impact—supporting innovative product launches, navigating global consumer regulations, and helping businesses manage legal risk in fast-evolving markets. Key Responsibilities: Advertising and marketing compliance (CAP/BCAP Codes) Advise on a broad range of consumer and regulatory matters E-commerce and online trading regulations Consumer-facing contracts, terms, and transparency requirements Global consumer protection and cross-border compliance Price and prize promotions Regulatory investigations and enforcement response Strategic advice on consumer law risks and alignment with evolving data protection standards This role offers a unique blend of top-quality work, a supportive culture, and excellent prospects for career progression. The Candidate A minimum of 2 years’ PQE in Commercial law matters. A strong track record of advising on complex commercial matters.
