Overview
An exciting opportunity has arisen for a number of Account Managers to join us to work within our Key Accounts Team. This role is directly responsible for the daily servicing and relationship management of either a large scale third party relationship (TPI) or several blue chip/Public Sector customers. As the focal point of contact for your customers enquiries, ensuring they receive the expected high level of Customer Service the ideal candidate will be numerate and literate with excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal. Day to day experience of excel is required. The role includes ensuring your customers are provided with accurate invoices and reporting on a monthly basis in line with contractual requirements. You will need to proactively own and manage the resolution of all queries through investigation and liaison with other internal departments and third parties.
Responsibilities
* Deliver accurate monthly invoices and full ownership of the end‑to‑end invoicing process.
* Build and maintain strong customer relationships, understanding their business needs.
* Attend customer meetings and collaborate with internal departments to exceed customer requirements.
* Support sales managers in customer retention and attend tender meetings.
* Provide monthly management information (MI) to customers and line managers, especially for bespoke SLAs.
* Efficiently manage and resolve customer queries, complaints, and escalations.
* Identify and implement service delivery improvements.
* Meet and exceed KPIs related to query management, unbilled accounts, and customer satisfaction.

Qualifications
* Excellent communication skills both written and verbal. Ability to communicate at all levels.
* Experience in managing relationships.
* High level of accuracy / attention to detail.
* Working knowledge of Microsoft packages such as Excel.

Based at the Kingswood Field office KT20 6RP (Tadworth), a 28‑acre office campus site set in the Surrey countryside with trail walks. You will enjoy a modern vibrant and friendly working environment.
