Description
Are you a seasoned Site Manager seeking a new permanent opportunity? Look no further! We have an exciting position available with one of our prestigious clients in Lancashire.
Our client is a well established construction company who deal with fit out, refurbishment and new build covering nationwide projects.

Key Requirements:
* Must have First Aid certification
* Drivers License
* SMSTS (Site Management Safety Training Scheme) certification
* CSCS (Construction Skills Certification Scheme) certification
* Experience managing projects within the £1.5m-£4m range
Responsibilities:
* Oversee day-to-day operations on-site, ensuring projects are completed safely, on time, and within budget.
* Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, and other stakeholders to ensure smooth project execution.
* Maintain high standards of health and safety, adhering to regulations and company policies.
* Manage resources effectively, including personnel, equipment, and materials.
* Monitor progress and report on project status to senior management.
* Resolve any issues or conflicts that may arise during construction.
* Ensure quality standards are met and work meets client expectations.
* Provide leadership and guidance to site staff, fostering a positive working environment.
Skills and Experience:
* Proven experience as a Site Manager in the construction industry.
* Strong leadership and communication skills.
* Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
* Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.
* Sound knowledge of construction methods, materials, and regulations.
