We are seeking an Events and Weddings Executive to support the delivery of a high quality, customer-focused and commercially successful events service across the Estate. Working closely with the Senior Events and Sales Executive and Assistant Hylands Manager – Events & Business Development, the postholder will manage a portfolio of clients and act as their primary point of contact, guiding them through the customer journey from initial enquiry to event delivery. The role involves supporting event planning and coordination, assisting with sales, promotional and marketing activity, maintaining accurate documentation and booking systems. This also includes working collaboratively with operational teams, suppliers and partners to ensure events are delivered to a consistently high standard while contributing to the Estate's revenue‑generating objectives.
