As Registered Manager, you will:
Lead and inspire your team to deliver the highest standards of care
Ensure full compliance with CQC regulations and internal quality measures
Maintain high occupancy levels and build positive community relationships
Foster a positive, supportive working culture
Manage budgets effectively to enable ongoing investment in quality care
Essential:
3+ years as a Deputy Manager in a residential or nursing setting
NVQ Level 3 or equivalent and willingness to complete NVQ Level 5/7
Full driving licence and able to commute within 30 minutes of the home
Confident IT skills (email, Excel, Word)
Desirable:
3+ years as a Registered Manager
Completed NVQ Level 5 and/or 7
