Position: Junior Office Manager
A private investment management company based in Mayfair is seeking a Junior Office Manager to join their small, friendly team. This is a fully office-based role with working hours from 8:00am to 6:00pm, Monday to Friday.
Minimum Qualifications: A degree with a 2:1 or above from a Russell Group or Oxbridge university, three A levels with grade A, and a grade 7 or higher in GCSE Maths.
Responsibilities include:
1. Managing the office environment to ensure it is well maintained and presentable.
2. Handling relationships with office suppliers.
3. Arranging travel for team members.
4. Managing reception duties and acting as the first point of contact for clients and visitors.
5. Managing incoming mail, booking, and preparing meeting rooms.
6. Assisting Directors with personal administrative tasks.
7. Providing holiday cover for the Executive Assistant.
8. Planning team events.
9. Ordering office supplies and arranging daily healthy lunches.
Requirements: Proficiency in MS Office, keen attention to detail, team-oriented attitude, and excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Willingness to assist with various tasks as needed.
Candidates will need to complete a personality test, an online maths test, and a trial day at the office.
