Responsibilities

* Provide full administrative support to all areas of People Operations, including HR, Learning & Development, HR Systems, Recruitment, Compensation & Benefits and Fleet.
* Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records, including contracts, personnel files, and HR databases.
* Prepare and issue HR-related documentation such as offer letters, contracts of employment, and policy updates.
* Support the People team in ensuring compliance with GDPR and other data protection regulations.
* Ensure onboarding processes are completed efficiently.
* Track right to work checks, ensuring compliance with legal requirements.
* Act as a first point of contact for employee queries related to HR policies, procedures, and benefits.
* Redirect more complex queries to appropriate People Team members for resolution.
* Generate regular reports on HR metrics such as headcount, absence rates, and turnover, as required.
* Provide accurate and timely employee data to the payroll team to ensure smooth payroll processing.
* Ensure all HR practices and procedures comply with current employment laws and company policies.
* Support the implementation and communication of new HR policies.
* Provide administrative assistance for HR projects, as required.
* Support the People team with ad hoc tasks to enhance the efficiency of the HR function.
* Support the management of welfare (GIP) and wellbeing processes.
* Manage Anniversary communication, Long Service Awards and ad hoc incentive rewards.


Working Hours

Mon - Fri: 8.30am - 5.30pm
Total Hours: 40
Breaks: 60 mins


Key Skills, Experience & Requirements

* Proven experience in a HR administrative role is essential
* Familiarity with HR software systems and proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite
* Basic understanding of HR practices and employment laws
