Recruitment Consultant / Managing Consultant Manchester £28,000 – £34,000 Commission Branch Bonus Eccles, Manchester Office‑based with genuine flexibility We are looking for an experienced recruiter who knows the local industrial & warehousing market inside out. With the branch currently light on sales capability, this is a key hire who will re‑energise the office, drive new business and rebuild local presence. You’ll work alongside a supportive team, with the operations manager overseeing multi‑site operations once you’re in place. The Role You’ll be the driving force behind Manchester’s growth, focusing on: Warehousing & distribution (pickers, packers, logistics). Industrial & light manufacturing. Some driving recruitment where relevant. This is a hands‑on role with scope to shape the branch, influence culture and grow into seniority. We’re open to hiring at Consultant, Senior Consultant or Junior Manager level depending on experience. What We’re Looking For 2–3 years’ recruitment experience (industrial/warehousing strongly preferred). Strong local knowledge of the Manchester market. Confident with business development and building relationships. Positive, proactive and ready to bring fresh energy to the branch. Someone who thrives in a relaxed, modern culture where there are no suits, no heavy KPIs, no micromanagement. We don’t expect you to “bring clients” due to covenants, but you must understand the landscape and know how to win business. Why Join? £28,000–£34,000 salary depending on experience. Branch bonus.
