SEN Learning Support Assistant (LSA) – Horsham
Full-Time | SEN Schools | £21,000 – £26,000 per annum
We are currently working with a range of fantastic SEN schools in the Horsham area who are seeking dedicated SEN Learning Support Assistants to join their teams on a full-time basis.
These schools support pupils with a variety of additional needs, including Autism (ASC), SLD/PMLD, and SEMH, across both primary and secondary age ranges. The roles are hands-on, rewarding, and ideal for individuals who are passionate about making a genuine difference in young people’s lives.
The Role:
* Supporting pupils 1:1 or in small groups within a specialist SEN setting
* Assisting with learning, communication, emotional regulation, and daily routines
* Working closely with Teachers, Therapists, and SENCOs
* Helping pupils access education in a safe, structured, and nurturing environment
Requirements:
* Experience supporting children or young people with SEN is highly desirable
* A patient, resilient, and proactive approach
* Driving is preferred due to school locations
* A genuine interest in SEN and inclusive education
