Position Overview:
As a Content Operations Specialist, you will be a core cultivator of our platform's user review and community ecosystem. Your primary focus is to deeply engage the local European market through creative campaigns and daily interactions, inspiring users to share their shopping experiences (including images, text, and videos) and answer questions, collectively building a trusted, active user-generated content environment that significantly enhances purchase conversion.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Community Management & User Engagement:
◦ Execute strategies to incentivize customer reviews and Q&A participation, boosting user content creation and activity.
◦ Respond to user interactions in review sections and Q&A in a timely and professional manner, maintaining a positive community atmosphere.
2. Content Planning & Campaign Execution:
◦ Plan and implement online activities and content creation campaigns to effectively increase the volume of high-quality UGC, especially video reviews.
◦ Assist in recruiting and managing the platform's "Power Reviewer" community, establishing long-term content collaboration and incentive relationships.
◦ Support exploration and collaboration with local micro-influencers to co-create authentic and trustworthy review content.
3. Data Analysis & Local Insight:
◦ Monitor key performance indicators for user reviews (e.g., review volume, engagement rate, content quality) and produce regular operational reports.
◦ Provide suggestions for optimizing operational strategies based on data and local market insights, feeding this back to the central team.
4. Cross-Cultural Collaboration:
◦ Work closely with the central core operations team to ensure the effective localization and execution of global strategies in the European market.
◦ Collaborate with marketing and category teams to integrate high-quality UGC into various marketing scenarios.
Qualifications:
1. Education & Experience:
◦ Bachelor's degree or higher.
◦ 2-3 years of experience in content operations, community operations, social media management, or a related field. Experience with UGC operations on ecommerce platforms is preferred.
2. Professional Skills:
◦ Familiarity with major social media platforms and community engagement techniques, with a strong interest in motivating user-generated content.
◦ Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both English and Chinese (required for frequent collaboration with the China-based team). Proficiency in any additional European language (e.g., French, German) is a significant advantage.
◦ Basic data analysis skills, with the ability to use fundamental tools for data sorting and reporting.
◦ Strong campaign planning and execution abilities.
