Job Title: Ecommerce Warehouse Assistant – (Beauty Industry)
Working Hours: Full Time – Monday to Friday 09:00hrs – 17:00hrs
Salary: £20,000 - £25,000 (DOE)

Role:
Responsible for maintaining the packaging area and ensure it is left clean and tidy.
Print off customer orders from our database and prepare the parcels.
Creating shipping labels with; DPD, DHL and Royal Mail ensuring the highest attention to detail.
Conduct data input tasks such as; adding new customers to the database and sourcing new customers using the internet and social media platforms.
Assist in stock inventory control.
Reply to customer emails, answer phone calls and create orders for customers.
Reach out to customer enquires when required and as soon as possible in a professional manner.
Conduct market research on industry competition, trending products and marketing tasks.
Other related tasks may be required.
Person:
Ideally based locally to the CW5 area and able to get to site on time.
Excellent attention to detail when carrying out tasks is a must.
Able to work Monday to Friday 09:00hrs – 17:00hrs
Excellent on IT Systems and knowledge of outlook, internet, CRM systems.
Good English Communication written and on systems.
Highly organised and able to multitask.
