Salary: £120 - £140 per day

We are looking to recruit enthusiastic Cover Supervisors to support schools on a day-to-day basis starting ASAP. The successful Cover Supervisor will supervise pre-planned lessons in the absence of the class teacher, maintain positive behaviour and ensure students remain engaged with their learning throughout the school day.
The successful Cover Supervisor will have:
• Experience working with young people in an educational, coaching, mentoring or youth work setting
• Strong classroom and behaviour management skills
• The confidence to deliver pre-set work across a range of subjects
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• A flexible and adaptable approach to work
• A positive and professional attitude
