As part of this strategic market entry, the company is building a dedicated Architecture & Design (A&D) channel and seeking an ambitious B2B Account Manager to accelerate growth within this influential segment.
This role offers the chance to shape a critical business unit from an early stage, develop a high-value A&D network, and work closely with a senior leadership team committed to innovation, creativity and market expansion.

B2B Account Manager (A&D)
, you will lead the development of the UK’s architect and interior design client base. You will own the full commercial lifecycle—building relationships, driving specifications, influencing project pipelines, and creating the foundations for long-term, scalable success.
What You’ll Do
Build and grow the UK Architecture & Design customer segment by developing strong relationships with architects and interior designers
Drive product specification within A&D projects and influence decision-makers throughout the design process
Define a strategic acquisition and growth plan and translate it into measurable actions with clear KPIs
Lead the full sales cycle independently, from prospecting and pitching to project closing
Act as the UK A&D market expert, managing and expanding the regional partner network
Support the development of large-scale B2B projects and contribute to establishing efficient internal processes for scaling the A&D offering
Develop and implement retention and upselling initiatives aligned with broader B2B strategy
Collaborate with senior leadership, contributing to strategic discussions and preparing materials for executive stakeholders
About You
You combine strong commercial instincts with a deep understanding of the UK’s architecture and design ecosystem.
You Have:
3+ years’ experience in B2B account management or business development within furniture, interiors, home & living, or a closely related design-driven sector
An established network across the UK’s architecture and interior design community
An entrepreneurial, hands-on approach with the ability to drive revenue while maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction
Proven capability in managing complex, cross-functional projects involving multiple stakeholders
Experience working in fast-paced, high-growth environments
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Fluency in English (additional languages are a plus)
