About the Post:
Position based across Children's Social Care, Districts Team - Based across, Westgate, Wombwell Police Station, Cudworth and Worsborough Lift Buildings.
Duties will include
* Act as the first point of contact for all external enquiries coming into the Integrated Front Door, Assessment Team, Children and Young Peoples Team Or Disabled Children's Team on a rota basis for the service, by phone or emails to inboxes.
* Processing referrals for services giving due regard to immediacy and priority.
* Taking the minutes of meetings in person or via Teams with often emotive content
* Process within Mosaic all documentation and correspondence/uploading to support services and maintain the child's social care record. Also Identify children, retrieve child's record on Mosaic forwarding required information to Socials Workers
* Assist with Subject Access Requests
* Petty cash issue
* General admin duties
