Junior Project Coordinator
Location: Sutton-in-Ashfield
Salary: £25,000 - £28,000 | Full-time, Permanent

Key Responsibilities
1. Provide support with contracts and project documentation
2. Communicate effectively with clients and suppliers to ensure project alignment
3. Maintain and update CRM systems, diaries, and calendars
4. Collaborate closely with Project Managers to track timelines and deliverables
5. Attend client meetings and site visits with Project Managers and Directors
6. Manage diaries and schedules for the Project Team
7. Prepare and hand over accurate documentation for ongoing and completed projects
8. Ensure compliance documentation is checked and filed correctly
9. Coordinate logistics for site visits and meetings
About You
* Strong organisational and time management skills
* Experience in a coordination, administrative, or project support role
* Exposure to contracts or project-based work is beneficial
* Interest or background in manufacturing, engineering, or aerospace
* A BEng or technical qualification is advantageous but not essential
