The Role
We are looking for a proactive and organised Conveyancing Assistant/Paralegal to join our team. You will support our conveyancing solicitors with a wide range of property transactions, ensuring processes run smoothly from instruction to completion.
Key Responsibilities
* Assisting with residential and commercial property transactions
* Preparing and reviewing legal documents, contracts, and correspondence
* Liaising with clients, estate agents, lenders, and other legal professionals
* Conducting property searches and due diligence
* Maintaining accurate and up-to-date case files
* Supporting the conveyancing team with administrative and paralegal tasks
