Principal Consultant | Change & Transformation | Insurance
We’re partnering with a global Insurer to find an experienced Project Manager to lead major change and transformation initiatives within their Global Change Portfolio. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a forward-thinking business and take ownership of complex, business-critical programmes in the insurance sector, with particular exposure to the London Insurance Market.
Work Responsibilities:
* Driving end-to-end project delivery, from scoping and planning through to risk management and quality assurance
* Collaborating across multiple stakeholder groups and business units
* Managing budgets, resources, timelines and change impact
* Leading workshops and steering communications across internal and external teams
Skills Required:
* Proven experience managing business or transformation projects
* Experience delivering engagements in an insurance environment
* Comfortable working in Agile, Waterfall and hybrid environments
* A confident communicator with excellent analytical and stakeholder skills
