Learning Support Assistant – SEN Pupils Location: Daventry / Northamptonshire Contract: Full time. Permanent Pay: NJC Scale 5‑7, around £21,800–£22,500 FTE (pro-rata for part-time) The Role: Vision for Education seeks a dedicated Learning Support Assistant to support pupils with special educational needs at a Daventry based primary school. Working with class teachers and SEN teams, you’ll provide both one-to-one and small-group interventions, adapt curriculum materials, support behaviour management, and help pupils access learning in a nurturing, inclusive environment Requirements (Must-Have): GCSEs in English and Maths (Grade C/4 or above), or TA3/TA1 qualification Proven UK school experience supporting pupils with SEN, SEMH, autism, or learning difficulties Ability to plan and adapt learning tasks, implement behaviour/IEPs, and promote inclusion Calm, patient, reliable and flexible; strong communication skills Hold or be willing to obtain an enhanced DBS on the Update Service Please note: Only applicants with the required qualifications and UK school SEN experience will be considered.
