P2P Supervisor - Lead, Optimise, Deliver
Salary: £31,000-£35,000 Dependent on experience

Are you ready to take the lead in procurement operations and drive excellence across purchasing and compliance?
We're looking for a detail-driven and proactive P2P Supervisor to oversee our Procurement team and support the Facilities and Compliance department.
Your Purpose
Reporting to the Facilities and Compliance Manager, you'll manage day-to-day procurement activities, supervise a small team, and ensure key performance indicators and departmental objectives are met.
Key Responsibilities
* Lead procurement operations including purchase orders, goods receipting, and query resolution
* Manage KPIs and month-end reporting tasks
* Liaise with the wider company procurement team on tenders, SLAs, and supplier management
* Oversee compliance and facilities administration
* Maintain and improve procurement processes and best practices
* Support the implementation of a P2P archive and contribute to EOM business packs
* Supervise two direct reports and contractors as required
* Working towards a working supervisor to include weekend 81D cover on rota basis (Training road map to be provided)

Qualifications
Essential:
* Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel
* SAP experience
Desirable:
* NVQ Level 4
* IOSHH
* Quarry Regulations 1999
* Fire Warden certification
* Willingness to work towards NVQ Level 6 and Geotech Level 3
