As part of this evolution, they are seeking a Procurement Manager to lead sourcing initiatives across a diverse and high-value spend portfolio.
Your new role
1. Manage a spend portfolio of approximately £80m across multiple indirect categories including FM, IT, professional services, MHE, PPE, fleet support, and temporary labour.
2. Develop and implement category strategies focused on total cost of ownership, supplier performance, and ESG compliance
3. Lead end-to-end procurement processes including tendering, negotiation, contract award, and supplier management
4. Collaborate with stakeholders across operations, HR, IT, finance, and warehouse management to deliver procurement solutions aligned with business needs
5. Monitor market trends and supplier developments to identify opportunities for innovation, savings, and risk mitigation
6. Ensure compliance with procurement governance, legal standards, and ESG targets
