The Role:
Reporting to the Finance Director, the Financial Controller will lead the day-to-day operations of the finance function, with oversight of financial reporting, budgeting and forecasting, internal controls, and team development. Responsibilities will include:
1. Leading and developing a small finance team, ensuring accuracy and efficiency across all financial operations
2. Preparing timely monthly management accounts, including insightful commentary and analysis
3. Managing the budgeting and forecasting process in collaboration with department heads
4. Overseeing statutory accounts, audit preparation and compliance with relevant regulations
