Tree Surgeon / De-Veg Operative - Highways
Salary: £30,000-£45,000 + 50% night shift uplift
Hours: Monday-Friday (Absolutely NO weekends!)

What You'll Be Doing
1. Driving and operating tractors with flails to keep highways clear and safe
2. Travelling between sites across public highways
3. Performing daily checks and basic maintenance on machinery
4. Working confidently within traffic-managed environments
5. Recording work and site details using a tablet system
6. Tree Surgeons/Climbers: carrying out high-quality arboricultural works safely and efficiently
What We're Looking For
7. Full UK Driving Licence (B required, C1 desirable)
8. Experience in arboriculture, highways, or vegetation management
9. CSCS + CS30/31 certifications
10. Safety Critical Medical
11. Brushcutter qualification
12. MEWP & FAAW+F (bonus points!)
13. Competent Tree Surgeon or Climber
14. Flexibility to work day and night shifts (Mon-Fri only)
