Are you passionate about automotive parts and customer service? We’re recruiting on behalf of a leading automotive business that’s looking for a knowledgeable and enthusiastic Parts Advisor to join their team.
This is a great opportunity for someone with parts experience who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment and delivering excellent service to trade and retail customers.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Assist customers in identifying and sourcing the correct automotive parts.
2. Process orders efficiently via phone, email, and in-person.
3. Maintain accurate stock levels and manage inventory.
4. Liaise with suppliers and internal departments to ensure timely delivery.
5. Provide technical advice and support where needed.
6. Handle returns, warranties, and customer queries professionally.
Ideal Candidate:
7. Previous experience in a parts advisor or similar role within the automotive industry.
8. Strong product knowledge of vehicle parts and components.
9. Excellent communication and customer service skills.
10. IT literate with experience using parts catalogues and ordering systems.
11. Organised, detail-oriented, and a team player.
