Part-Time Female Support Worker – Quarriers Village (Bridge of Weir), Scotland. Join a female-only bungalows service within our adult supported living services and help four young ladies with complex support needs live active, fulfilling lives. A full driving licence is essential to help get out and about each day. Full training will be provided to ensure you are equipped to meet individual needs.
Location: Quarriers Village, Bridge of Weir. Contract type: Permanent. Hours: 16–20 hours per week. Pay: £12.60 per hour.
Responsibilities
* Provide support to four young women with complex needs in a bungalow setting, using a person-centred approach.
* Support opportunities for daily activities, community involvement, and achievement of individual goals.
* Collaborate with the team to deliver consistent, compassionate care and determine appropriate care plans.
Who Youll Support
* A compassionate and dedicated female support worker to assist four young ladies who live in our bungalows service. They require day-to-day assistance and enjoy being active members of the local and wider community. Driving is essential to enable daily activities and outings.

Requirements
* Must be female (Occupational Requirement in line with Schedule 9, Part 1 of the Equality Act 2010)
* Full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle is essential
* Compassionate, motivated, and reliable with a person-centred approach to care
* No formal qualifications required – full training and ongoing support provided
