The Role
The Versioning Producer manages the relationship between DMS and local marketing teams of key studio clients, focusing on re-versioning and localization services. This role requires strong project management and client engagement skills.
Your responsibilities include:
1. The daily oversight of a key account.
2. Managing the provision of professional client service, ensuring timely delivery of high-standard creative and post-production jobs.
3. Maintaining high levels of client service and engagement.
4. Coordinating with Versioning Producers, clearance, trafficking teams, and technical personnel to meet delivery deadlines and production briefs.
5. Managing localization processes across editing, motion graphics, subtitling, audio, and technical delivery.
6. Ensuring all work meets technical and creative quality standards.
7. Maintaining consistency of output and adhering to quality control standards before final delivery.
8. Providing necessary information for client billing and invoicing.
9. Supporting Global Account Managers where possible.
10. Managing weekly billing processes.
Minimum Requirements
Demonstrable experience in post-production operations with a track record of providing high-level service to major clients.
You will also demonstrate:
* Understanding of post-production workflows and digital file delivery.
* Ability to liaise effectively with clients at all levels.
* Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal.
* Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
* Experience working in a fast-paced creative environment with adaptability and resilience.
* Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and adjust to changing priorities.
* Fluent English and French language skills, both written and spoken.
Additional Details
This is a shift work position, Monday to Friday, 1 pm to 9 pm.
