About the Role: As a Learning Support Assistant, you will work closely with teaching staff to support pupils across the curriculum. You will assist in delivering lessons, provide one-to-one or small group support, and help foster a positive and inclusive learning environment. Responsibilities: Provide one-to-one or small group support to students across the curriculum. Assist teachers in delivering engaging and effective lessons. Support students’ social, emotional, and behavioural development. Help manage classroom behaviour and encourage positive attitudes. Prepare and organise classroom resources and learning materials. Monitor student progress and share observations with teaching staff. Promote independence and confidence in learning. Supervise students during breaks or lunchtimes when required. Assist with school trips and extracurricular activities. Requirements: Experience working with children in a UK school or similar setting. A degree in Education, Psychology or a similar field is desirable but not mandatory. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Patience, empathy, and a proactive approach to supporting children. Relevant qualifications such as CACHE Level 2/3, NVQ Level 2/3, or equivalent (desirable). Understanding of safeguarding and child protection policies.
