Job Description Job Title: Experienced Catering Butcher Reporting to: Operations Manager Overall Objectives: To assist the management & team in the cutting room and ensure the company’s reputation for meat quality is always maintained. Specific Responsibilities: - To be able to butcher, to high standards, quickly & efficiently, as agreed with the Head Butcher / CEO. - To assist the team with compiling client orders. - To be always a tidy & conscientious worker.
