What Youll Be Doing Sourcing and screening candidates for driving and logistics roles
Managing a high-volume workload with speed and accuracy
Building strong relationships with drivers and clients
Coordinating interviews, registrations and compliance checks
Supporting consultants to ensure smooth bookings and placements
What Were Looking For Recruitment or resourcing experience (driving sector ideal but not essential)
Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
Ability to multitask and prioritise in a fast-moving division
Strong admin and attention to detail
A proactive, positive attitude
