Job Description:
We are seeking a reliable and safety-conscious Operative to support welding and maintenance operations in a live industrial facility.
This role involves manual handling, bolt replacement, and assisting the welding team with confined space repair work.
The successful candidate will work safely in a confined space environment and follow instructions as part of a team.
Key Responsibilities:
* Assist in the removal and replacement of bolts
* Support the welder during screen and component repairs
* Work safely in a confined space environment

Requirements:
* Valid Medium Risk Confined Space certification (essential)
* Prior experience in mechanical/labouring roles within industrial settings
* Physically fit and comfortable working in tight environments
* Reliable and safety-conscious attitude
