We are seeking an Sales Administrator for our client based on the outskirts of Maidstone. Hours : 9am to 5pm - 40 hours per week Pay : £12.50 ph Job Duties : Ensuring customer orders are processed accurately and efficiently. Taking secure payments. Sharing your knowledge with customers to provide excellent customer service. Recording customer interactions, queries and resolutions in line with company procedures. Generating sales quotes, invoices and sales-related documents as required. Report directly to the office manager. Maintain open communication with colleagues to streamline processing of orders and fulfilment. Provide administrative support to the sales team and assist with other ad hoc duties as required.
