Weld Inspector – Wolverhampton (Onsite)

What You Will Do
As a Weld Inspector, your responsibilities will include:
* Ensuring welds are completed in line with drawings and approved weld procedures.
* Conducting pre‑weld visual fit‑ups and verifying welding equipment.
* Carrying out post‑weld visual inspections to ensure quality requirements are met.
* Defining and documenting re‑work and repair schemes where required.
* Mentoring and providing constructive feedback to fitting and welding operators.
* Performing departmental spot checks to support TPM and maintain NADCAP compliance.
* Participating in investigations and supporting the implementation of corrective actions.
* Supporting continuous improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency and reduce waste.
