The Compliance Engineering Manager will lead and coordinate Quality related Current Good Manufacturing engineering practices in alignment with our clients Quality Management System (QMS). WORKING HOURS 9AM - 5PM (M - F) DUTIES Maintain and improve the Engineering QMS, ensuring compliance with internal procedures, regulatory standards, and evolving industry requirements. Manage Engineering Quality compliance activities (Deviations, Change Controls, CAPA, RCA) from investigation through to closure, engaging stakeholders throughout the process. Produce monthly quality performance reports and identify corrective/preventative improvement opportunities. Conduct departmental periodic reviews, ensuring SOPs are accurate, up to date, and compliant. Support the Engineering Coordinator in managing the Maximo Asset Management system. Work with the Engineering Manager to ensure timely closure of unplanned maintenance requests. Oversee SCADA system operation and maintenance, ensuring integration with production and quality processes, and analyse SCADA data for trends and improvements. Lead operational excellence initiatives to enhance product quality and process efficiency. Prepare for and host Engineering Regulatory and EHS audits.
