Valere Capital provides subject matter experts to support commercial disputes, arbitrations, regulatory investigations and criminal cases around the world. We source and support experts across all industries for testimony and consultation. Founded in 2008 to provide experts in financial services disputes, Valere has since expanded to cover all industries.
We are seeking a highly organised and experienced Resourcer to provide essential recruitment support to the Partners and Expert Engagement team. The successful candidate will play a key role in helping to achieve high service standards when recruiting experts, ensuring that recruitment processes run smoothly, efficiently, and professionally.
Valere Capital are on an exciting period of growth and this opportunity will allow the individual to be exposed to experts from a variety of backgrounds and regions.
Key Responsibilities
* Support the Head of Expert Engagement and Partners with the recruitment of experts by providing administrative and operational support.
* Sourcing and qualifying candidates through our CRM database (Vincere), LinkedIn and recommendations
* Developing and maintaining key relationships with experts
* Arranging interviews with the experts for the Partners, onboarding the experts and ensuring smooth communication around interview schedules and details to both internal and external stakeholders.
* Maintain the firm’s recruitment portal (Vincere), ensuring it is kept up-to-date and organized at all times.
* Promoting Valere Capital through Social Media to build our network.
* Managing multiple mandates for our clients.
* Collaborate with internal teams to ensure the best possible recruitment outcomes.
* Take on additional duties as required in line with the role.
Additional Skills:
* Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.
* Language skills in Spanish, French, or German are desirable.
* Previous experience in recruitment, including familiarity with various recruitment processes and stakeholders.
* Experience working within a recruitment team in a professional services environment is preferred.
* Knowledge of LinkedIn Recruiter and an applicant tracking system (experience with Vincere would be advantageous).
* Excellent organizational and time-management skills, with a strong ability to manage a demanding workload and meet tight deadlines.
* Client-focused with the ability to maintain discretion and confidentiality at all times.
* Excellent communication skills with the ability to build relationships across all levels of the organization.
* A proactive, solution-focused approach, with a strong attention to detail.
Additional Information:
* This is a full time position with initially 3 days in our London offices and 2 working from home.
* Working hours are 9-6pm Monday-Friday.
