Workshop And Warranty Adaministrator We are working on behalf of our prestigious client, who have been in business since the early 1900’s and they are the UK’s market leader in the manufacture of Waste management vehicles. There famous brand name is seen on the front of leading waste management companies cabs everyday across the United Kingdom’s streets. Our client is looking for an enthusiastic, innovative, and dynamic multi-disciplined, Workshop and Warranty Administrator to join their Worksopp based team. Hours – 35.5 hours per week, between 08:30 and 16:30 (Mon to Thurs) and 08:30 - 14:30 on Friday Salary – up to £24,000 per year DOE Company Benefits include but are not limited to. Job Purpose: To provide a key role in the efficient running of workshop operations, ensuring warranty claims are processed accurately and efficiently. Main Duties and Responsibilities: The coordination of service bookings and workshop schedules Maintain accurate records of vehicle bookings, job progress and any updates. liaising with suppliers and the team to process warranty claims. Ensure compliance with company procedures. Accountabilities & Commitments Required: Request assistance when task is outside ability, skill level or training experience. Customer care – use all reasonable endeavors to provide the best possible service to our customers. Comply with all company H&S procedures and policies Risk assessment and ensure safe working practices are being carried out at all times. Actively encourage the use of appropriate Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) at all times Highlight possible areas of risk and assist/report any potential hazards.
