A prominent Family Law & Childcare organisation with offices nationwide is seeking to hire an experienced, driven and confident Family Solicitor to join its team on a fully remote basis.

You must have a minimum of 2PQE+ experience in Family Law and/or Childcare matters. You will collaborate with a dedicated team to represent young people and vulnerable adults, handling or defending court proceedings and tribunals while instructing counsel when necessary.
Candidates with Panel Membership are preferred, but those without will still be considered.
NQs cannot be considered for this role.
You should be confident working independently and have a strong understanding of the Children Act and relevant legislation, as well as experience representing clients in family law proceedings.
