Role Purpose:
We are looking for a proactive and customer-focused Desktop Support Engineer to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will provide on-site IT hardware and software support across multiple customer locations, ensuring service excellence and adherence to SLAs. To attend customer sites to provide support on IT hardware and software products, within the required Service Level Agreement (SLA). To work efficiently and proactively to deliver IT support services to a wide range of customers.
Security clearance or willingness to apply will be required for this role.
Key responsibilities:
1. Will be required to undertake advanced diagnostics, repair, and replace PC's, Laptops, Printers, Servers, relevant network support and retail equipment and associated peripherals.
2. Complete customer rebuilds and configuration to desk
3. Assist other engineers in the delivery of service to our customers.
4. Cover site roles where required due to planned or un-planned absence.
5. Achieve the dynamic KPI targets set for your role.
