As a Lead Planning Analyst, you'll transform complex data into actionable insights that influence key stakeholders, thrive in fast-paced environments, and drive innovation through creative problem-solving. You'll collaborate across teams, mentor colleagues, and champion continuous improvement while building strong partnerships to deliver operational efficiencies.
What you'll do :
1. Deliver clear, actionable insights that drive strategic decision-making-optimising plans by leveraging available levers, tools, and data, and presenting well-balanced solutions with pros and cons where appropriate.
2. Lead scenario planning in collaboration with planning teams and stakeholders to guide decisions and ensure optimal outcomes. Produce insightful outputs that deepen understanding and support informed, data-driven decisions across the business.
3. Support cross-functional initiatives by stepping in to meet the evolving needs of the broader Planning function when required.
