Responsibilities
* Work for a leading healthcare provider within the community.
* Operate complex care equipment and perform advanced care procedures.
* Support clients outside of their homes, including accompanying them to medical appointments.
* Care for patients in their homes and build rapport with family members.
* Ensure adherence to care plans and escalate any changes to clinical leads safely and efficiently.
Experience Required
* Spinal injury care
* Tracheostomy management
* Ventilation support
* Suctioning
* Cough assist techniques
* PEG feeding
Working Hours
Days and nights shifts available: 08:00-20:30 and 20:00-08:30. Schedules vary weekly; flexibility is required.
Additional Details
* Weekly payments
* £250 referral fee
* Three-month rolling rota
* Permanent and additional ad hoc work available
* In-house bespoke training provided
* Note: Sponsorship for overseas candidates is not available.
